14 Reasons Why Nathan And Haley Are Relationship Goals

There's Meredith and Derek Grey; Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass; Rachel Green and Ross Geller; Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley; but there's one well-known television couple that makes us fall in love all over again: Nathan and Haley Scott. This TV couple from One Tree Hill is practically famous for their forever love, and this time of year only seems appropriate to appreciate them. Their characters first started off as polar opposites, but they soon realize how similar they are and how compatible they are. There is no denying the sparks flying between these two as they embark on one of the most epic, romantic, tragic and beautiful love stories ever shown on television. In honor of Valentine's Day, here's 14 reasons why Naley are relationship goals:

1. "Don't say I never gave you anything." The first moment that we knew the sparks were flying and that they would end up together.

2. "It's you or nobody else."

3. They fostered each other's dreams and encouraged each other to go after what they want in life. Nothing mattered more to them than watching each other shine.

4. They brought out the goofy side in each other.

5. Although it's not common for couples to get married in high school and for the relationship to last, these two made it look so effortless and magical.

6. "Never date anyone you couldn't dance with around your living room."

7. They were each other's ultimate PIC.

8. When Naley became a family with little Jamie, I think everyone's hearts melted. They were the cutest and kick-a** parents.

9. They knew each other inside and out.

10. Nathan and Haley had a bond so unbreakable, they were able to get through the toughest of times. From losing their dreams, to losing loved ones, to falling into depression, to raising a child and making a life for themselves. They protected each other.

11. They still found ways to keep the magic alive.

12. "You can drive at 16, go to war at 18, drink at 21, and retire at 65. So who can say what age you have to be to find your true love?"

13. Their kisses in the rain are perfection.

14. Always and Forever.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"

While this question trend can get annoying, there are a couple of pros to having RBF.

Another day, another Elle Woods comment. Can’t us blondes get through the day without someone harping at us over the typical stereotypes about who we are? I never understood why a person was judged based upon the hair color they were born with, or the hair color they choose to have (unless you dye your hair blue like Kylie Jenner, I’m still trying to understand why that’s a trend). Nevertheless, as it should be assumed, not everyone is the same. Not all blondes like bright colors and Lilly Pulitzer, and not all blondes claim to identify with Marilyn Monroe. I think the best suggestion to give to people before they make such radical claims is to stop judging a book by its cover. Or in this case, stop judging a blonde by her hair color.
