Shawn Spencer and Burton Guster, the dynamic duo from the TV show Pysch, are definitely the definition of best friend goals. Although not all pairs of friends own a private detective company and solve crimes together like Gus and Shawn, their friendship is something all best friends can relate to. Here are a few reasons why Shawn and Gus are just like you and your best friend.


1. You and your best friend alone can probably eat a truck load of food


2. You two can be brutally honest with each other without getting offended



3. In some ways, you guys still act like you're middle schoolers


4. And you have plenty of ridiculous nicknames that you call each other


5. Sometimes you can't stand each other



6. But your immaturity and your humor are something the two of your have in common


7. You two sometimes pretend to be badasses, but everybody knows you really aren't


8. The two of you are rarely ever serious


9. You love and appreciate the same things

10. Which includes your love for the same books, tv shows, and movies

11. One of you will put the other in their place if need be

12. And the two of you hate the same people

13. You're both so alike, that you can practically read each other's minds
