It's February, which means that Valentine's Day is quickly approaching. Whether you have a romantic dinner planned out with your significant other or you plan on hanging out at home, watching a feel good movie that will (maybe) make you cry your eyes out is a great way to celebrate this day of love. While there are one million rom-coms you can choose from, I recommend giving any of these options a shot.

1. "The Notebook" - (2004)

"If you're a bird, I'm a bird."

2. "Crazy, Stupid, Love" - (2011)

"I will never stop trying. Because when you find the one... you never give up."

3. "The Ugly Truth" - (2009)

"Shut up! Yet again, I just told you I am in love with you, and you are standing here giving me a vocabulary list."

4. "The Proposal" - (2009)

"Margaret, will you marry me? Because I'd like to date you."

5. "27 Dresses" - (2008)

"Love is patient. Love is kind. Love means slowly losing your mind."

6. "Sweet Home Alabama" - (2002)

"Why would you want to marry me for, anyhow? So I can kiss you anytime I want."

7. "He's Just Not That Into You" - (2009)

"You are *my* exception."

8. "A Walk to Remember" - (2002)

"Jamie saved my life. She taught me everything. About life, hope, and the long journey ahead. I'll always miss her, but our love is like the wind. I can't see it, but I can feel it."

9. "Leap Year" - (2010)

"So, Declan O'Callaghan, and I should probably learn your middle name, here is my proposal. I propose we not make plans. I propose we give this thing a chance and let it work out how it works out. So, what do you say? Do you want to not make plans with me?"

10. "Letters to Juliet" - (2010)

"Dear Claire,

'What' and 'If' are two words as non-threatening as words can be, but put them together side-by-side and they have the power to haunt you for the rest of your life. What if? What if? What if? I don't know how your story ended, but if what you felt then was true love, then it's never too late. If it was true then, why wouldn't it be true now? You need only the courage to follow your heart. I don't know what a love like Juliet's feels like - love to leave loved ones for, love to cross oceans for, but I'd like to believe if I ever were to feel it, that I will have the courage to seize it. And, Claire, if you didn't, I hope one day that you will.

All my love,

Juliet"

11. "What's Your Number?" - (2011)

"The ideal girl. Tell me about her."

12. "What If" - (2013)

"I thought a lot about something you said. About how when you realize how quickly everything can fall apart, it makes you never want to give up anything good ever again. Whatever this is between us, it is good. It is so good. It is actually the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I don't want it to be over."

13. "The Longest Ride" - (2015)

"I don't know what the future holds, but I know there is no future without you."

14. "Valentine's Day" - (2010)

"When you love someone, you love all of them...you gotta love everything about them, not just the good things but the bad things too. The things that you find lovable and the things you don't."

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
