There are people who can't help but think of their significant other all day long. Or there's people who can't stop thinking about what they have to do next! However, I can't relate to either of those. Mainly because the only thing that fills my thoughts on a daily basis is food. Here are a few things you would only understand if you're a food lover too.

1. You're constantly thinking about your next meal.

2. Eating food is the only thing that can switch your mood from grumpy to extremely happy.

3. You get mad when you miss a meal.

4. Food comas are actually the greatest things ever.

5. Sometimes when you're full, you keep eating because wasted food is never okay.

6. You don't care what you look like when you eat...especially when it's really good food.

7. People who don't eat dessert confuse you.

8. Sometimes you wonder if you eat too much.

9. But then you regret nothing because food is amazing.

10. You start to notice that significant others won't always be there for you, but food will.

11. Nothing makes you happier than free food. Especially when it tastes pretty good.

12. Sometimes you won't even go out with your friends if there is no food there.

13. You typically don't like to share your food.

14. You're always hungry, and you've learned to accept that.

You've learned to accept it all because after all, food is life.

Friendship. It's defined as the state of being attached to another person by feelings of affection or personal regard, but what really is friendship? Is it that occasional hallway talk with that one person who always manages to cheer you up? Is it that relationship you have with someone where they can be gone for a long period of time, but when they come back, it's like they never left? Is it spending every waking hour with someone, and knowing every detail about their life? Is it the relationship that's filled with fighting, but filled with even more resolution? I've learned that it's all of these things, and every friendship is different. It's a beautifully dysfunctional mess that should always be cherished and never be taken for granted.
