Oh the gym, what a place to be. Love it or hate it, we all venture into the gym at some point. Some do it to lose weight, look hot, or even socialize. Those first couple times at the gym can be intimidating, and most first timers share similar thoughts. When I first started going to the gym I had reoccurring thoughts, and so did my friends. Just know that we are all in this together!

1. *5 minutes of cardio* " Nice my stomach looks flatter already!!"

2. "Why is he singing out loud"

3. "Should I grunt like that too?"

4. "I'm not flexible enough for this"

5. "I need a nap."

6. "Do they have Chipotle here?"

7. "Please no one look at me."

8. "You've been on that machine for 20 minutes, please get off."

9. "Once again, I'm hungry."

10. "I'm dying, send help."

11. "Bring on bikini season baby."

12. "I'm sweating in places I didn't think were possible."

13. "At least I have an excuse to buy nice workout clothes now."

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
