Ahh, the sweet smell of the end of summer that no one asked for is back. While the first day/week is more laid back, it sets the stage for what the rest of the semester will look like. Along with that, you have a million thoughts running through your head. Here are a few.

1. Ugh, why can’t I be home and snuggled up on the couch watching Netflix?!

2. Why is this teacher talking so much?!

3. This will be the best semester ever. I’m going to ace all of my classes!

4. Our semester project is worth HOW much of our total grade?! There’s no way I can pass this class.

5. When you try to pick out an outfit

6. When your professor gives you an assignment on the first day of class

7. Why is this professor teaching already IT’S SYLLABUS WEEK

8. These textbooks cost almost as much as my tuition

9. I already had this teacher before. This class will be a piece of cake.

10. Wait, what did you say? Sorry I was daydreaming I was anywhere but here.

11. It’s so nice outside and I’m in school. Remind me again why I’m not at the beach?

12. There’s only 5 minutes left NO ONE ASK ANY QUESTIONS

13. How many days until the next holiday break?

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions.
