I began writing this article last week, and as I put the final touches on it, Taylor Swift’s management announced that she’d be releasing all of her albums on online streaming services at midnight that night. Coincidence? I think not. She’s (slowly but surely) coming back! In light of her return, here is my list of the top 13 Taylor Swift lyrics that perfectly describe me and every other hopeless romantic out there:

1. “When somebody tells you they love you, you’re going to believe them.” -Fifteen

Even when they’re not being serious, such as quoting a song, movie, or imitating someone else. It doesn’t matter. “I love you” is the most heart racing phrase to hear. I can’t count how many times I’ve looked at my friends and gushed, “He looked me in the eye and said he loves me!!!” even when it’s taken completely out of context.

2. “I’ll never forget you as long as I live.” -I Wish You Would

Because even if it was someone you passed on the street and made eye contact with for 4 seconds, that moment will linger throughout your mind for the rest of your life. Oh, sidewalk loves.

3. “I’ll spend forever wondering if you knew; I was enchanted to meet you.” -Enchanted

Okay, it’s impossible to choose just one line from Enchanted because this song is the hopeless romantic anthem. Although you just met and you’re pretty sure you two could get married one day (and you’ve already planned your wedding and named your children), you’ll never tell them. But somehow at 2:00 AM you’re wondering how they are, what they’re doing, and imagining them showing up at your front door.

4. “I know looks can be deceiving but I know I saw a light in you.” -Hey Stephen

Even when all the red warning flags are up, you still see the good in everyone because you’re well known for your blind optimism.

5. “This is falling in love in the cruelest way; this is falling for you when you are worlds away.” -Come Back... Be Here

Of course the people you fall in love with either live far away, go home for the summer, or you’ll never see them again. Or all three.

6. “This slope is treacherous, this daydream is dangerous.” -Treacherous

You usually go into every situation with a 100% understanding that things may not work out, but also with 100% hope that they do.

7. “There we are again in the middle of the night, we’re dancing around the kitchen in the refrigerator light.” -All Too Well

This is actually my all time favorite song and the biggest heartbreak song ever written (check it out, I promise you'll bawl your eyes out), but this one line captures the magical moment you hope for. When you realize that the love is pure and real. Dancing around the kitchen at 2AM while sneaking “shots” of Hershey’s straight from the bottle, baking cupcakes, or just getting a glass of water.

8. “When you find everything you’ve looked for, I hope your life leads you back to my front door.” -Stay Beautiful

Because you always dream of a requited love and being everything that they want in life too.

9. “We were sitting at our favorite spot in town and you looked at me, got down on one knee…” -Mary’s Song

The big proposal you’ve dreamed about since you were 5. A sentimental proposal absolutely beats an over-the-top proposal. All day, every day.

10. “It seems like there's always someone who disapproves; they'll judge it like they know about me and you. The verdict comes from those with nothing else to do; the jury’s out, but my choice is you.” -Ours

It seems that everyone magically becomes involved with your personal life and voices their opinions exactly when you don’t want or need them to. But that doesn’t matter, because you’re willing to fight for what you want.

11. “I said ‘leave’, but baby all I want is you to stand outside my window, throwing pebbles, screaming ‘I’m in love with you!'" -The Other Side Of The Door

And you want them to fight for you too. Throwing pebbles at a girl's window isn't just for the movies, guys.

12. “I’ll keep up with our old friends just to ask them how you are - I hope it’s nice where you are.” -Last Kiss

Once everything has settled down and the flame has burned out (and the ashes from the wick cool off too), you realize that you still wish the best for them and you want to check in to make sure that they’re doing well. Even if it means you're not the one who gets to check in anymore.

13. “Heartbreak is the national anthem, we sing it proudly.” -New Romantics

Girl, preach it! Sometimes you get a little too mixed up with people and when you realize it’s not going to go anywhere, it all comes crashing down. You realize that you let yourself down time and time again by being naive enough to hope you can grow a flower without any soil. But you wouldn’t change a thing, being a hopeless romantic is the best way to live.

27 Things 'The Office' Has Taught Us

"The Office" is a mockumentary based on everyday office life featuring love triangles, silly pranks and everything in between. It can get pretty crazy for just an average day at the office.

When you were little, your parents probably told you television makes your brain rot so you wouldn't watch it for twelve straight hours. However, I feel we can learn some pretty valuable stuff from television shows. "The Office," while a comedy, has some pretty teachable moments thrown in there. You may not know how to react in a situation where a co-worker does something crazy (like put your office supplies in jello) but thanks to "The Office," now you'll have an idea how to behave ifsomething like that should happen.

Here are just a few of the things that religious Office watchers can expect to learn.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

Books were always about understanding for me, about learning the way someone else sees, about connection.

High School And College Sucked All Of The Fun Out Of Reading

I keep making this joke whenever the idea of books is brought up: "God, I wish I knew how to read." It runs parallel to another stupid phrase, as I watch my friends struggle through their calculus classes late at night in our floor lounge: "I hope this is the year that I learn to count." They're both truly idiotic expressions, but, when I consider the former, I sometimes wonder if there's some truth to it.
