Ridley High School is a school in Delaware county, Pa. Ridley is a big high school that has around 2,140 students enrolled. Mostly all of the 2,140 students should Know all of these signs. The recent graduating class will know all of these signs. Every Ridley student knows the gold plan of going to the Ridley game, and then going to Applebee's with friends after. Ridley students know about the famous Wawa/Dunkin' trips before school. The biggest thing every Radier knows about is the rivalry we have with Interboro. We may be all different, but we all bleed green. I hope you guys enjoy reading my article. When you've finished reading please comment other signs of being a Ridley student, like, and share! Thank you.

1. Going to Applebee's after 9 for half off appetizers

After every game you will see Applebees with a line full of Ridley Raider fans waiting to get some appetizers half off. Usually everyone gets the BBQ boneless wings.

2. Chick-Fil-A for lunch

Everyone loves Chick-Fil-A for lunch. Students will do anything to get their chicken nuggets with waffle fries.

3. Excitement of having Cheesesteak Calzones/ Pasta Bar for lunch

When there is cheesesteak calzones or pasta bar for lunch you will see kids run to lunch. Cheesesteak calzones have been the best lunch in Ridley for many years now.

4. Hating Interboro

We Ridley raiders take our rival with Interboro seriously! We have pep rallies, Ms. Interboro contest, and make shirts all dedicated to how much we hate Interboro!

5. Going to the Football games

Ridley loves football. You will see many Ridley students on the bleachers supporting thier classmates on the field.

6. Hearing James Clark sing.

James Clark is like a celebrity in our school. Everyone knows him for how good he sings. If there's a pep rally, concert, or musical/play you will hear James Clark sing.

7. Getting use to the constant changes

There is always change in Ridley. There is always a change in rules, times, and we just had the change of principals. Even though I think the change of principals was a good idea. The new principals are a lot more interactive with students.

8. When you hear the heels and keys you know it's Mrs. Pena

The heels and keys in Ridley is like hearing the jaws soundtrack while your stuck on a boat in the middle of the ocean. You start freaking out, and getting ready for the shark (Mrs.Pena) to come. Everyone starts looking out the window waiting for her to walk by. All jokes aside though, Mrs. Pena in my opinion does a great job at what she does.

9. Getting Wawa/Dunkin coffee before school.

You will always see students with Wawa or Dunkin' Donuts coffee in first block.

10. Going to Wildwood for Labor Day weekend, Spring Break, and Memorial Day weekend

Everyone goes to wildwood for vacation.

11. Loving Mr. Young

Everyone in Ridley loves Mr. Young. Enough said.

12. Love watching the dance/step team at the pep rallies

The dance/step team is one of the biggest highlights at the pep rallies.

13. Having Pride

Everyone in Ridley has pride for their school. Mostly all of the students are involved in clubs after school. We also show a lot of pride outside of school when we're in the student section.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies.
