The most fattening season is now behind us and the new year is the best opportunity to get a fresh start and recommit yourself to the gym. With the new year upon us, it is the perfect time: work out attire is on sale, gym memberships are at their cheapest, and you probably got the cutest new running shoes for Christmas. Working out is the easiest way to feel better about yourself and become a more confident version of who you are. However, when you are dying of exhaustion, there are some things that come to everyone’s mind at gym.

1. Do I have the go? Can I hide in the locker room?

2. Will anyone notice if I only do 25 sit ups instead of 30?


3. Where did that man find a shirt to fit his biceps?


4. How is that girl on the stair master not sweating?


5. Who even invented the stair master anyway?


6. Who put a mirror in front of the treadmill?

7. Has anyone ever died because of cardio? Would I be the first?

8. How have I been doing this for 15 minutes and only burned 100 calories?


9. How is a 10 pound weight so heavy?


10. Who decided planks are good for you?


11. Why am I sweating this much?
