If college has taught me one thing, it's that I'm a planner. Much to the frustration of my friends, I have to leave for classes way early, and if they're in the same class, I drag them with me. I plan every day out down to the hour. It makes me feel organized. So, here are 13 things you know if you're obsessed with planning:

1. The Notes App Is Your Best Friend

Whether it's writing down reminders, homework, or important dates, the Notes app is a planner's holy grail.

2. Cute Journals Are Just The Beginning

Think of all the possibilities of a blank page!

3. You Run Out Of Highlighters More Than You Care To Admit

And you don't even want to get started on your pen collection.

4. Checking Off A To-Do List Is The Best Feeling

It's your way of convincing yourself that you're on top of life.

5. You Can Never Have Too Many Sticky Notes

They're so colorful! What's not to love about them??

6. You Know You'll Like A Professor If They Have A Detailed Syllabus

You now know every assignment you'll have to complete, and when you'll have to complete it from now until finals week. BLESS!

7. And, You Know You'll Hate It If They Change The Syllabus

I just spent hours planning my life around this syllabus and you're telling me it's DIFFERENT? I refuse to accept this.

8. You Get Confused When People Don't Schedule Their Lives

How do you function??

9. You Love To Organize Your Room

A place for everything and everything in its place.

10. You Ask For Planners For Every Holiday And Birthday

Even if you already have five unused ones. You need MORE.

11. You Add Everyone To Your iCloud Calendar

That way you can be absolutely certain you won't miss anything.

12. Surprises Make You Nervous

This wasn't in my planner!!

13. If Everyone Planned Like You, Life Would Be Way Easier

You know it, Iknow it. But the rest of the world just isn't ready for it.

Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
