College is filled with moments; some moments better than others. Sometimes a person can make your day, but for a college student getting an email can make their day. Here is a list of 13 little things that make any college students day.

1. Waking up to an email saying class is cancelled and going back to bed.

2. Getting an extension on a paper that you've procrastinated on.

3. When your favorite food is being served at the dining hall.


4. Opening your mailbox and unexpectedly receiving a letter/package.

5. Finding money/a gift card/food in the letter/package.

6. When your professor doesn't show up for class.

7. Walking into an empty library and being able to sit exactly where you want to.

8. Going into the dining hall and seeing your friends.

9. Getting out of class early.

10. Actually getting more than five hours of sleep.

11. Getting your favorite flavor of ice cream from the dining hall.


12. Going into the communal bathrooms and getting your favorite bathroom/shower stall.
