People say that college is the best time of your life. While I agree with this (and find that it leads to a bleak-sounding future), I also know that this time in one's life is full of awkward moments and unique struggles. What better way to capture all of these feelings and situations than through Jenna Marbles gifs?

1)

When you try to look cute for class but hit the snooze button a few times too many.

2)

That feeling when you go home and see your pet(s) again.

3)

When you scroll through your mental list of people to see who you can go to campus events with and realize you can't think of anyone.

4)

When you feel like you see all these cute guys but have no game. I once tried to talk to a guy in line for ice cream. He jokingly said, "freshman 15, here I come," and the first thing I said was, "I gained like 5 pounds last week."

5)

That short-lived burst of energy at 3 a.m. during all-nighters once the coffee kicks in.

6)

Once you realize you're getting closer to actual adulthood and having to do responsible things... like making appointments and remembering to buy groceries.

7)

Every college student. Every day.

8)

When the dorm kitchen is "too far away," but you really want to make something different to eat.

9)

When the caf has the best ice cream flavors and desserts all at once.

10)

My face every time there's a pop quiz.

11)

The boredom cravings while studying are real. But if I only have a piece of candy after every page of reading, is it really that bad?

12)

"Hey mom/dad. I need to order _____."

13)

No one cares if you have no idea what's going on. None of us do! Enjoy these four (give or take) years of your life, and embrace each of the awkwardly wonderful moments that come your way!

April Ludgate

Everyone who is in college right now, or has ever been, knows the struggle of pulling in the strings at the last second. It seems impossible, and you have to do a LOT of things in order to assure your future for the next semester.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

To The Cheerful Person On Their Rainy Days, You Are Valid

The world is not always sunshine and rainbows, and you do not have to be, either.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.

Amidst my hectic college career, I always find time for one thing, even on the busiest weeks: Parks and Recreation. This show has made me laugh and has made me cry, but most of all I have related to this show more than I would like to admit.
