Not everyone is as in touch with celebrating Halloween during the whole month of October, which is okay. They don't understand it like we do. They don't feel the same rush of chills as we do when we watch those classic Halloween movies, or carve pumpkins, or put up decorations, or find the perfect costume, or bake those little Pillsbury sugar cookies with the pumpkins on them.
