What makes this creamery so unique is the array of flavors it has to offer. It is brought into question how so many of these flavor combinations could come to light.
One of their signature flavors is Wildberry Lavender has a purple hue to it with a fresh scent of orange and lavender essential oils. Goat Cheese with Red Cherries features roasted tart cherries alongside the goat cheese. It is compared to a slice of cherry cheesecake.
A personal favorite is Sweet Cream Biscuits and Peach Jam that consists of shortbread sweet biscuits and tart peach jam made locally from the Peach Truck. Middle West Whiskey and Pecans has notes of butterscotch, coconut, honey, and vanilla it in. Salty, toasted pecans give this ice cream the perfect crunch.
The very popular flavor Supermoon is a mix of blue violet and vanilla marshmallows swirled into one ice cream. If your a fan of General Mills cereal Lucky Charms, this ice cream is for you. Gooey Butter Cake consists of cream cheese ice cream with swirls of butterscotch sauce and vanilla cake. It is said to pair well with Wildberry Lavender.
Brandied Banana Brulee is a spiked apple brandy banana custard that's infused with caramel sauce and burnt sugar candies. In addition, it is made with real bananas, no artificial flavoring. Jeni's Churro ice cream is the perfect definition of a sweet heat. It consists of red-hot cinnamon ice cream combined with toffee and pieces of pastry.
