12 Yahoo Answer Questions Answered By a College Student

1. Why does the hard work in life never end?

As a college student you realize that you will be constantly working hard to reach your goals. The hard work definitely will pay off in the end.

2. What age will a boy's hormones calm down?

Most of us have been at a party in college. At these parties there's always that line of guys who are up against the wall just watching all the girls grinding. Come on you know the guys that I'm talking about. They always look like they're about to pounce on the next girl who moves in his direction.

3. Am I gay?

It is completely normal to question your sexuality, and what better place to do that then in college? It's college. Make out with that pretty girl at a party. So what if you're a guy and you find another guy attractive...just go for it! Again, it's college no one cares. Do whatcha want boo!

4. How do I stop being a whore?

This is not just targeted at the ladies cause guys we all know you're out there being little nasties too. In all honesty though, if you want to sleep with a new person every day of the week good on you. As long as they want to too then by all means go at it. Just remember a couple things, be considerate of your roommate and in the name of all things holy no glove, no love.

5. Do you believe in America?

This last election was a little hairy to say the least. And without getting to political, all I'm going to say is that college students everywhere were feeling the impact of the elections, regardless of who they voted for. With all the tension as of late, many people are begging to fear for the future of America.

6. What are you wearing?

This question is all too relatable for a college student. We've all caught someone out on campus and thought "what the hell are you wearing?" But who are we to judge? Maybe they couldn't do laundry because all ten of the washing machines were being used (shout out to the Beau laundry room on a Friday). Maybe they had an 8 a.m. or you know like the majority of us they have just given up on life.

7. Any advice for a homesick college student?

I think every college student has that moment where they miss home. If you're homesick there's really nothing that's going to make college feel like home. The best thing you can do is keep yourself distracted. Hang out with friends and focus on your school work. If college can't be just like your home then make it better than your home.

8. Any College Tips You Wish You Knew When You Were in College?

The best advice I can give is to take advantage of every opportunity that is offered to you. You never know what life is going to throw at you so you might as well enjoy the ride. Oh and also study for you finals before the week of finals, your GPA will thank you.

9. Why does it cost money to go to college?

This stereotype of the poor college student isn't a myth. We're really out here considering selling our body parts on the black market to pay for our tuition. But for real though, anybody need a kidney?

10. Can you smell alcohol in someone's breath?

Uhhh this is sort of self explanatory I think. But the short answer is yes, yes you can. So if you're going to go out on a Saturday night and go to church the next day, be sure to brush your teeth and use mouth wash if you have it.

11. Roommate walked in on me while I was in the bathroom?

I was really worried about having a roommate when I first came to college. Any one who knows me gets that I like my own space. It can be hard to have that when you also share a room and a bathroom with another person. But I've gotten used to it, as do most college student's. My roommates have seen me naked...a lot. Now I know what you're thinking. Why are you naked so often? And I can't really answer that. I can however tell you that having a roommate is a little awkward at first, but it gets better and it's even kinda fun!

12. Will this end horribly?

College student's are always worried about student debt, getting a job after graduating, and life in general. You can't help but wonder if you're doing the right thing by moving away and spending so much money on a degree. But it's worth it. And in my opinion everything that happens in life happens exactly as it should. So keep studying and try not to think about those loans too much.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
