Adulting (verb): to do grown up things and hold responsibilities such as, a 9-5 job, a mortgage/rent, a car payment or anything else that makes one think of grown-ups.
You go through the motions of life and then suddenly you realize you reached the “adult world” a long time ago. Whether you are in your early 20s or your late 20s, a part of us may still believe we haven’t quite hit the real world or that adult life mark. But when that moment comes, you know you're taking on the world.
