Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few months, you've probably heard that Netflix is reviving Gilmore Girls on November 25th. After marking your calendar and stealing your friend's Netflix password, you have to complete a few more tasks before you're ready to see what's ahead for the "Gilmore Girls."

1. Re-watch the show

Before "Gilmore Girls: returns November 25th, it's important to re-watch all seven seasons. Re-live the early years when Rory nervously discussed the roundness of cakes with Dean or that one time Kirk crashed his car into Luke's Diner. From Chilton to Yale, watch the Gilmore girls deal with heart break, major life changes, and the occasional Firelight Festival.

2. Drink massive amounts of coffee

To keep up with the fast-paced dialogue between Lorelai and Rory, its imperative to consume large quantities of coffee, possibly via an IV. Coffee cup in one hand, remote in the other.

3. Develop a bit

Throughout the show, the Gilmore girls establish many bits, the most memorable of which is pictured above. As a true lover of "Gilmore Girls," it's important to establish a few bits of your own. Suggestions include aggravating your local diner owner and leaving ridiculous outgoing messages.

4. Brush up on References

There are an innumerable number of references in one episode of GG alone. As you re-watch the show (please see number one) try and pick up on a few new references. References range anywhere from Rocky to dogs named after singer and songwriter Paul Anka so start brushing up now.

5. Have a Friday night dinner

From the very first season, Friday night dinners have been a staple of the show. In preparation for November, plan a Friday night dinner of your own but try not to fire a maid in the process.

6. Read Rory’s book list

Especially in the earliest seasons, Rory is rarely seen without a book in her hands or even her purse. Whip out your library card and try and take the Rory Gilmore reading challenge (found at this link https://www.buzzfeed.com/krystieyandoli/all-339-bo... ). After reading a good chunk of the list re-watch Rory's graduation from Chilton (Season 3 episode 22) to pick up on a few more book references and to see Luke blubber like a baby.

7. Decide which boy Rory should end up with

One of the best parts of "Gilmore Girls" is Rory's three hunky hunky boyfriends: Dean, Jess, and Logan (pictured above). Choose which man you think is best for Rory and join the never ending debate about who she should end up with (hint: if you say Logan you're wrong).

8. Cancel all Black Friday shopping plans

The "Gilmore Girls" revival conveniently premieres on Black Friday which gives you the perfect excuse to avoid the chaos and curl up with a nice blanket. Win win.

9. Dress up like your favorite Star’s Hollow character for the premiere

Whether you're with friends or family on November 25th, plan a Stars Hallow-themed costume for the premiere. To stay comfy but look festive I recommend going for the Taylor Dosee look: wool cardigan and a sturdy gavel.

10. Buy all food classics

In order to truly live like a Gilmore, you'll need to hit Dosey's Market (or your local supermarket) for supplies. The basics include: pizza, Red Vines, and Mallomars. Other options include stale Chinese, Indian Food, and takeout from Al's Pancake World.

11. Follow all movie night rules while watching

While watching what happens to the Gilmore girls, it's important to adhere to Lorelai's moving watching rules. First- once you are situated there is absolutely no readjusting or squishing the couch cushions. Second- your phone must be off and out of reach. Finally, don't even think about pausing to use the bathroom so go easy on the water. Of course, all of these rules can be broken in the rare case that Rory calls for advice about her horrible first date which involved urine mints.

12. Find the Lorelai to your Rory

The most important thing to do in preparation for the "Gilmore Girls" revival is finding the Lorelai to your Rory (or vice versa). Food and coffee are very important but not nearly as important as who you have next to you for the premiere. Find the person who brings out your inner-Rory and cancel all plans for November 25th, because it's time to get Gilmored.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?
