Nervous Spongebob

Calling me a worrywart would definitely be an understatement. I worry about every single known thing on the planet. Everything under the sun has been worried and stressed over by yours truly, me. It is as if I can't live without anxiety. I guess that's the way I'm wired. The perpetual worrywart that seems to have it all put together and is extremely organized. Well, I suppose we all know some people that fit that description. Here is a list of 12 things people like me who are anxious overreactors can relate to:

1. When someone actually calls you on the phone...

2. The morning wardrobe.

All those choices in the morning and trying to eliminate is hard enough without worrying whether it would this make me look weird? Choices, choices, choices. So many that you have to try on five or so outfits before you feel like you can leave the door

3. When you hear a subtle noise.

4. Reading instructions over and over.

5. When someone leaves the room and you don't know if they're coming back.

6. You feel like the world is ending when you get a panic attack

7. The squeak of the garage door? Someone's burglarizing the home!

8. Everything is a BIG deal.

9. You pay attention to even the smallest detail.

10. You stress clean.

11. You stress cook.

12. You dream that you finished your homework, but when you wake up you realize it's still there.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
