12 Things An Introvert Likes About Life In Northern Virginia

Here are a few things I love about living in the NoVA area. I miss these things every time I'm away from home.

1. Life in the suburbs is perfect for us introverts. Almost always quiet and peaceful.

2. Museums are local for the more intellectual folks. DC is a knowledge haven.

3. And artistic at the same time.

4. Our spring and fall are the best seasons here, hands down.


5. Plenty of things to eat, and plenty of places to eat.

6. The trails here aren’t too bad. The Great Falls is even in Northern Virginia.

7. Historical landmarks are everywhere, if you care. Bull Run Park in Manassas being one of them.

8. Great wine places, great coffee places. Cute couple places.

9. Farmland, suburbs, and city. The trio of living life in NoVA.

10. The orchards here are fun if you like picking fruit.

11. Shopping lifestyle is pretty tame here, but there are still a variety of good places to check out.

12. There are good places for you to enjoy your hobbies without being bothered.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
