1. Lets do this! The excitement of starting a new semester, not necessarily because of classes, but for all the fun and shenanigans that come with it.

2. How much have I done on my college bucket list? Its time to start knocking the rest the items off your bucket list.

3. Do I even have a college bucket list? Don’t have a bucket list yet? Make one! It’s a good way to ensure you do everything that you want to do while in college.

4. This year is going to be the best. It’s your last year so why waste it worrying and holding back? Take advantage of every moment and opportunity. Take a fun class, join a club, or participate in a campus event.

5. The dreaded senior thesis. It’s something that you don’t really think about until you’re doing it.

6. I am not ready for the real world. Getting a full-time job, mortgages, bills, and all the other responsibilities that come with being an adult can be incredibly stressful just to think about.

7. I'm excited to move on. The thought of being an actual adult can be a daunting task but it can also be thrilling. Being on your own and experiencing new things.

8. I'm terrified to move on. We've all got mixed feelings about the next step.

9. What am I going to do after graduation? Should I go to grad school or start working? Am I even going to get into a graduate program, or even get a job?

10. What am I leaving behind? Which friendships are going to last? Will I come back and visit the old stomping grounds?

11. This is just too much. It's important to avoid the "what if" thoughts and focus on the things you can control.

12. How am I going to decorate my graduation cap?

These thoughts and many more have been buzzing around inside many of the nations future seniors this summer. Once school starts back up it's important to remember to just enjoy the year while trying to get yourself ready for post-college life. Do a bar crawl, learn how to do taxes, take a road trip, polish off your resume, etc.

Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
