12 Things I Can't Wait To Do When It Warms Up Outside
Unknown

We all know we miss the warm weather because we always are posting throw back pictures of each other on the beach. I come from a very warm place, Florida, and I live for warm weather. I currently live in New Hampshire where it gets colder than Antartica. Also, if you weren't sure on what you could do when it starts to get warm outside these twelve things might spark come creativity!

1. DRUM CORPS OF COURSE!!!

Starting in May I'll be able to travel the mid west of the united states with my friends and perform for different crowds. When it gets warm is when I know its Drum Corps season!

2. Not have to wear pants anymore.

Pants are Satan's way of locking you up in leg jail.

3. Actually go outside and study instead of sitting inside.

When I study I get distracted when I'm in my dorm room so I like to go outside and study. There's been actual research that you study better when viewing the outdoors and get fresh air to that good ol' noggin of yours.

4. Going for a walk without freezing to death.

You could go for a walk when its -7 degrees outside, but maybe if you were made of pure steal and could bare it. I rather go on a walk where I don't have to wear 20 layers of socks.

5. Live at the beach.

The beach isn't necessarily close to my house in New Hampshire, but it's totally worth the two hour drive to be surrounded by water and sand.

6. Throw out all of my notebooks and papers from this past semester as it comes to a close.

That's right folks finals week is coming to an end and we all get to go home and enjoy the warmth. Bye Bye chemistry notebook!

7. Put away all of my winter clothes.

I don't know about you but I hate having to wear bulky layers and then get to class and be covered in sweat. Not that winter clothes are cute, it's just not me.

8. Try out new spring/summer makeup looks and trends.

As a makeup obsessed lover, I cannot wait to do new makeup looks and practice my show makeup over and over. Maybe I'll make some tutorials in the near future!

9. Knowing I can go home and spend time with my cats and my dog.

I have two cats Eleanor and Pancake, and my dog Jack. I can only see them when I come home for breaks but at least I know I have a few months with them.

10. Go on an actual hike.

I've never been hiking before and I have always wanted to, New Hampshire has some great places to start!!

11. MARVEL MOVIES HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all know the good movies come out in may, Guardians of the Galaxy vol. 2 anyone?!?!

12. Drink and Eat twice as much iced coffee and ice cream than I do in the winter.

I love ice cream, its the best dessert and I love iced coffee from Starbucks so I get to have it all year round. It's just better when its hot outside.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

winter

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
