ATTENTION! The week from Hell is about to begin (if it hasn't already)... Finals Week.

*insert screams of terror and cries of exhaustion*

So pull yourself together and get your focus on. Here are a few suggestions on how to cope with the tears, stress, and sleep-deprivation that comes along with finals.

1. Domino's

Order a few pies- Y'all know someone's going to want seconds and thirds.

2. Puppies

"Aww they are so cute" -- said by every basic college girl (including myself)...

3. Dunks

...Even Gronk knows you can get through these finals with a lil bit of Dunks...

4. Dogs

5. Juul Vape Break

6. Some more puppies

Come on, they are supposed to relieve stress, the more the merrier.

7. Comfy clothes

Fur, sweatpants, tanks, whatever you consider 'comfy', bring em' out.

8. Music

Whether your walking to the library, slowly StuDying in the library, or are slowly dosing in the library (LOL), some background noise sometimes helps absorb any and all info.

9. Cats

Clearly, a dog person but can't forget about these fur balls. Take frequent pet therapy breaks.

10. Dance Party

Yes, I encourage sporadic movements of dance in your dorm room while blasting Migos, Cardi B, or Lil Dicky in the background. (Praise to Lil Dicky).

11. Treat yo' Self

Who cares what you eat during finals, IT'S FINALS. Go to that vending machine and snag some Fruit Snacks, M&Ms, or Sour Patch because YOU deserve that shit.

12. G.T.L: Gym, Tan, Lounge

Ok, so maybe skip the lounge part but you can totally run it out in the spring sun and get a gucci workout in! Say goodbye to those vending machine goodies and hello to a golden shine.

All in all, finals week comes and goes; it doesn't last forever. So give it your all and remember these 12 suggestions next time you feel like you've hit a wall in studying.

YOU GOT THIS!!

Much love,

xoxo

When I was learning how to talk, I was taught both Portuguese and English at the same time. In elementary school, I started taking mandatory Spanish classes, which I did well in because of my knowledge of Portuguese. Then in high school, on top of taking Spanish, I also started taking French. Now, in college, already fluent in English and Portuguese, I'm in the process of becoming fluent in Spanish, and I have a standard high school level understanding of French.

I am without a doubt one of those people who refuses to start decorating for Christmas or listen to Christmas music until after Thanksgiving. Some universities only get two or three days off for Thanksgiving break. Or, if your university is like mine, you get the whole week off go go home. A whole week off is a long time. Here are some ideas as to what you can do to get the most out of your Thanksgiving break.

For college students everywhere, Thanksgiving is a time to relax and not really worry about homework (well, depending on what major you're in).
