With warm weather right around the corner, the countdown to spring break has begun which means trading in the over sized sweaters for bikinis! Let's face it, getting that "spring break bod" is a lot easier said than done while being in college, and here are a few reasons why:
1. Late night snacking
It's inevitable.
2. Consecutively avoiding the gym
3. Thinking one cheat meal won't ruin anything
4. Laziness
5. Drunk eating
Also, another thing that is inevitable, especially when your roomies insist on ordering Domino's.
6. Having a packed schedule
7. Chipotle
8. Eating because everyone else is
Will power just isn't in my vocabulary.
9. Not seeing results
You debate on giving up because you don't have abs after a week of going to the gym.
10. Intense Workouts
The thought of having an intense workout completely erases all motivation of going to the gym.

Can't live with it, can't live without it.
