Spring Break! Yeah! The week we have all desperately been waiting for. A week after stressing over finals and now you just want to forget! A week that we said we were going to go wild or do some self-reflections to get your act together! It was a week that you were going to make new memories and get that new high number of likes on Instagram. Reality check! The end of Spring Break is here and now you're reflecting on your accomplishments...or not. Here are 11 Spring Break Goals that you said you were going to accomplish but things might have changes:

1. You said you were going to spend time with friends and family

Yeah. Right. The moment you hear someone's voice you quickly try to avoid them and run to your room!

2. You said you were going to go to the beach

"I'm going to get a nice tan!" Um....Instead of planning a Beach Trip you're on your last episode of the 6th show that you've binge-watched on Netflix. Own it!

3. You said you were going to explore

Yeah. Even I said it. But did you hear about that kidnapping?! I'm still a child! Mom!

4. You said you were going to fixing your sleeping schedule

"I'm going to wake up early, be productive, and go to bed early!" Are you sure? You've woke up every day this Spring Break past 12. At least you are going to bed early. You're halfway there!

5. Getting a break from school

You said this was going to be your week to relax and forget about everything. In reality, you're refreshing the page to see your final grades, your schedule, your homework for your new classes, and not to mention your expensive textbooks. It's okay we know.

6. You said you were going to find someone new and have a "Spring Fling"

Okay. So maybe cupid missed the memo? It's okay I have Netflix.

7.You said you were going to eat healthy and make workout schedule

"I'm going to have a cleanse and eat healthily!!" Yeah. Um can you pass the bags of chips please? I'm lifting with every pizza slice.

8.You said you were going to bond with your parents

I'm not five anymore! You can't do anything without your parents watching/lecturing you. It's like every conversation you have with them leads to an argument. You probably even have to negotiate that you'll be home before 10 when you go out.

9. You said you were going to go out and go to parties

"I'm going to go out and party!" Then probably realized that all your friends that you've been partying with for the last few months are all thousands of miles away from you and you have a 10 p.m. curfew.

10. You said you were going to stop spending money/save

*Looks at bank account and cries* Okay. "Beyond Wonderland" was totally worth it. You should never regret spending money on priceless memories or food!

11. Planning your schedule so when you go back to school

So perhaps you're not good at planning and now that you look at the calendar and realized that school is only days away you can do this. I'm not ready either, we may all go to different schools but don't worry. We will survive another quarter/term/semester/etc together and hopefully, make it out physically/mentally/spiritually alive.

birthday party

My birthday has never been my favorite holiday. I've found that I'm more excited to celebrate my friends' and family members' birthdays more than my own. I don't like being the center of attention, so I usually celebrate over dinner with a small group of family and friends. This way, I can enjoy myself naturally without feeling like I have to entertain everyone and make sure they are satisfied. In the past when I've had large parties, I was so nervous that people weren't perfectly content that I didn't enjoy myself at my own celebration.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.
