1. You accept the title of "Life Ruiner" a little too easily
"what would happen if X was going blind and was scared what Y would think" "Character X dies and the rest of the characters have to deal with it"
2. Half of your writings are unfinished because you keep getting ideas for alternate universes
3. When you decide to come back to something you wrote years ago and question how you thought that was good
The fact some of them are still picking up fans is just as shocking
4. At some point you've questioned what changes you need to make in order to get it published
5. You forever judge your work, but in the end it will always be better than My Immortal
6. You've made very specific playlists depending on what you're writing.
7. Your Google searches are a little questionable
I swear I'm not a criminal officer, I'm just a writer
8. If you play The Sims, your households consist primarily of the characters from your writings
And then you mod it to no end to make characters look as accurate as possible.
9. You can't watch certain movies or TV shows because you've already cast a certain actress or actor to play your original character.
For instance, Meghan Ory from Once Upon a Time is Lady Loki, Holliday Grainger is Persephone, and Liu Yifei is my original character Kisara
10. The next few days after uploading a chapter you spend checking for reviews/favorites/follows
11. Sometimes you get a little TOO invested in the fictional world and forget about real life
Alternative: You start learning more about the history of the world because of the influences on the fictional one.
12. You either can succeed in writing 5-10 page chapters of work or fail to finish one page of homework.
It's something I know too true. You spend more time on work you want to do then stuff you don't.
