"The ENFP personality is a true free spirit. They are often the life of a party. But unlike others, they are less in the excitement of the moment than they are interested in enjoying the social and emotional connections they make with people. Charming, independent, energetic and compassionate: 7-percent of the population, They can be noticed in any crowd."

1. This is how you make plans.

We're extremely conscious of what others are feeling, so we never want to impose our own wishes. Which usually results in appearing extremely indecisive while secretly having a preference.

2. You are 30-minutes early for everything.

Actually, being on time equates to being late for us, and being late means letting someone down.

3. You say "no" to people, but not really.

It usually ends up sounding something like, "I think I may possibly have something, but I'll try to see if I can make it! I'm not completely sure if it will work out though, but if not we should do something another time." This may or may not turn into an essay justifying your uncertainty of being unavailable.

4. You struggle with giving constructive criticism

"You could have maybe done a little bit more of ____ but other than that it was perfect in every possible way."

Let's just say me being 'hard on a professor' for teacher evaluations turned into me giving a few fours out of fives because my brain shifted into thinking about why they need their job and how they might get in trouble otherwise.

5. You smile at everyone.

Appearing unfriendly to a stranger would be the worst possible fate.

6. We don't finish every task.

But we do start doing every task. Yes, I did read all 10 books half-way through.

7. People come to you for advice.

You are always able to empathize and validate all people's feelings, even if you don't agree with their actions.

8. The one time others fear you.

Because you love nearly everyone, anger is an extremely rare emotion for you. However, when somebody hurts an individual that you care about you will become one of the scariest people in the world.

9. Unresolved conflicts are the worst.

10. You never take anything from anyone.

The immediate and most natural response to anyone asking us "do you want anything" is always "no, thank you!"

11. We... sort of... ask for favors.

"Do you think you can maybe help me with this? But if you can't, do not worry! I will completely understand in every way."

12. People think we're drunk when we're not.

Since we naturally love life and can get very excited about things, sometimes our enthusiasm can be mistaken for intoxication. I don't drink and have been accused of being drunk on multiple occasions.

6 Unrealistic Expectations Society Has For Young Adults

Don't let the thesaurus-inspired vocabularies in our résumés fool you. We're actually just big kids.

Well over four feet tall and 100 pounds in weight, many of us "young adults" of the world still consider ourselves children. Big, working, college-attending, beer-drinking children. We may live on our own, know how to cook noodles, and occasionally use a planner, but don't be fooled; the youthful tendencies that reside within us still make their way into our daily lives. From choosing to stay up until 3:00 a.m. playing video games on a school night to going out in 30 degree weather without a coat, we still make decisions that our parents and grandparents would shake their heads at in disappointment. So why are we expected to know exactly how to be a wise, professional, sensible adult? It's not that we're irresponsible (for the most part, anyway). It's that we are young, inexperienced, and still have the sought-after, enthusiastic mentality that we can do and be whatever we want, which has not yet been tarnished by the reality of the world. These are just a few of the unrealistic expectations that society has for young adults.
