Everyone knows that the day after Halloween officially marks Christember. If you're one of the people who hates seeing anything that has to do with Christmas before Thanksgiving is even here, I feel bad for you. How can someone not be so happy and festive with all the joy around them? Hopefully this list will make you see why this is literally the most wonderful time of the year.

1. Christmas Music

Is Christmas really Christmas without listening to the Mariah Carey Christmas album?

2. Ugly Christmas sweaters

I think I'm excited about this more than anything else.

3.Christmas Movies

You have to watch "How the Grinch Stole Christmas", "Elf", and "Home Alone" at least 20 times.

4. Limited edition Christmas candles

What's better than having your house smell like ginger bread from a Yankee candle?

5. You get to decorate

The sooner you decorate, the longer you get to stare at your work of art.

6. Christmas parties

7. Starbucks Holiday cups

Something about their holiday cups makes me so happy.

8. You can't fit all the festivities into one day, so you have to spread them out

Two months is still not enough time to be able to complete my Christmas festivities list.

9. Retail stores are already putting up Christmas decorations

Nothing makes me happier than when I walk into work and see the Christmas trees up.

10. You can literally eat as many cookies as you want and not feel bad about it

If Santa can, why can't I?

11. You don't have to feel bad for skipping over Thanksgiving because you can have the same dinner on Christmas

@ All my friends complaining about me skipping over Thanksgiving.

12. Gives you a reason to go shopping

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
