There are a million and one reasons why young people look up to Emma Watson, and there are a billion and one why they should. Emma Watson is an extremely selfless person who donates much of herself to others—whether it is her time or money that she is donating.

...and still managed to look gorgeous. Her dress was completely sustainable and eco-friendly. Not only did she look incredible, but she supported the green movement at the same time.
2. She pulled off a pixie cut flawlessly.

Something we've all wanted to do at least once...okay, maybe even twice or three times. Alas, Emma is the lucky one. The only one of us who has gotten the chance.

Graduating from Brown University is a feat in and of itself, let alone graduating while still pursuing acting. She graduated with an English Literature degree. Proof that she's extremely smart.
6. She's a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador.
And she promotes equal rights and gender equality for both men and women. She is especially involved in the HeForShe movement.
7. She's Hermione.
She got to go to Hogwarts. And she could do magic! Plus, she got to be #relationshipgoals with Ron Weasley.
8. She has her own clothing line.
She designed the clothing, picking fabrics and meeting with workers. And not only does she have her own clothing line, she works People Tree, which is fair trade and ecologically sustainable.
9. She's extremely selfless and generous.
On her birthday, instead of asking for gifts, she asked all of her fans to donate money to different charities like UNICEF.
10. She's inspirational.
Her twitter feed is literally perfection. Her tweets are positive and inspiring.
11. She's funny and relatable.
