New Jersey gets the best of all four seasons.
Summertime in NJ is warm enough to enjoy a day (heck, the whole Summer) at the beautiful Jersey shore. Autumn stays quite warm well into the season, and brings beautiful colors from the changing leaves on the trees. Winter does not get as brutally cold as a Winter in Upstate New York does, but cold enough for plenty of beautiful snowy days. Spring is the perfect intermediate with beautiful weather in the 70's, and blooming flowers and trees.
Almost anywhere in New Jersey is just a short drive from the world's most popular cities.
Whether you are in North or South Jersey, you are not more than an hour or so away from either New York City or Philadelphia. While some may have opinions as to which city is better, they are both some of the most popular.
NJ also holds some of it's own beautiful cities.
Why live in New York City when you can have the best view of NYC for half the price of living in the actual city? Not only is it cheaper than New York, but Hoboken has some of the best bars and restaurants perfect for any occasion.
The Jersey Shore
Contrary to popular belief, the Jersey shore is not all about fist bumping.
But rather home to over 300 miles of beautiful beaches and beach towns such as Asbury Park, Point Pleasant, Seaside Heights, Long Beach Island, Ocean City, and Cape May.
People travel from all over, near and far, to spend time at the famous Jersey shore. There is truly nothing like it. By the way, people who live in New Jersey go "down the shore" not "to the beach."
Some of the most famous individuals are New Jersey Natives.
