Season 6B of "Pretty Little Liars" has brought countless changes: new stories, new careers, new boyfriends, a new villain, another death in Rosewood and even a new name for its television channel. The Rosewood Police Department just can't catch a break, which means the Liars can't either.

Upon returning to Rosewood from their respective new lifestyles five years after learning the truth about A, the girls are already back to their old habits of sneaking around, tampering with evidence, breaking into rooms and lying to the people they love. We all know what these means; more questions. And more questions means more answers that we will have to wait a long time for. These are some lingering questions based on what we know from the first half of season 6, and way before that.

1. Why is Emily the only character who didn't get to be successful after the time jump?

#PoorEm, as ABC Family (now Freeform) would say. Why does everyone else get to have hot significant others and careers while Emily is poking needles into her leg, crying over her father's grave and getting stalked by Sara Harvey?

Throughout the series, Emily Fields always had the worst luck. Emily's first girlfriend was killed, and then she had to kill her dead girlfriend's stalker in self-defense after he chased her to the top of a lighthouse and trapped her new girlfriend, Paige, in a closet. To make matters worse, A has not only ruined most of her relationships, but also her swimming career. Fast forward five years, maybe things have taken a turn for the better in Emily's life. Wrong. Emily is broke and donating her eggs as a last resort.

2. What's the deal with Sara Harvey?

Watching "Pretty Little Liars" is the only situation in which it is acceptable to question whether someone is faking a disability. Is Jenna really blind? Was Mona really insane? Thanks to Spencer's confession to Caleb, we now know why Sara Harvey has to wear gloves, but so much about her is still unclear. Why did she all of a sudden dedicate her life to torturing a group of girls she barely knows? Why did she leave home in the first place? What happened to Sara while she was in the doll house? I hope we find out soon.

3. Why is Byron acting shady?

It's not every day you walk into your house and find your father sitting in the dark as if he were expecting your arrival. However, it's not that shocking if you already think he might have murdered Charlotte DiLaurentis. Turns out, he just wanted to tell Aria he got back together with Ella. He's still on my A list though. In fact, all of the Montgomerys are. We still don't know why they went to Iceland. We still don't really know why Byron had beef with Ali the night she disappeared. And then there's Mike. Will we ever know what Mike is really up to?

4. What did Spencer and Caleb really do in Spain?

They said they ran into each other in Spain, but fans suspected that there was more to the story. And look where we are now. I guess Spaleb is a thing.

5. Is Maya still alive?

I've had this question for a couple of years now and I still need to know. And if she is alive, what does that mean? Maybe she'll get back together with Emily. Maybe she'll be Big A. Marlene King is full of surprises, so it's hard to say.

6. What did Maya know?

I haven't forgotten "Miss Aria You're A Killer, Not Ezra's Wife." Take each first letter and it spells out MAYA KNEW. But what did she know? That, Allison, was alive? Who A was? That I'd still be wondering in 2016?

7. Why hasn't Mona changed at all?

You'd think five years would change a person but that's not the case. After going through hell together for almost a month, wouldn't you think it would make Mona and the girls closer? Mona endured the same torture as the rest of the Liars, but that hasn't stopped her from throwing shade at all. The Mona-Spencer rivalry has begun again as they work on opposing political campaigns. That can't be a coincidence.

8. What's Noel Kahn up to?

Remember that guy who had a lot of parties and scared Spencer at her own lake house? What happened to him?

9. Who killed Jessica DiLaurentis?

When CeCe/Charlotte DiLaurentis told her story to Ali, she found her mother's dead body in the yard but never found out who killed her.

10. What happened to Jason and Mr. DiLaurentis?

So we know Charlotte didn't actually kill them that night, but we don't know what happened next or where Jason and Kenneth went. Maybe we'll never know.

11. Who's the person dressed up as the old man?

He's actually terrifying.

12. Seriously, who is the new A? Do they even go by A anymore? Am I A?

Who knows anymore? The best we can do is keep our facts straight, try not to lose our minds, and vote Veronica Hastings for Congress.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead.
