I love sexy songs. So, no surprise, I have a playlist on Spotify quite creatively titled "sex," which consists of 120 songs that I've collected and curated over the past few months. These songs are great for when you're getting ready for a night out and want to feel sexy or when you're with somebody and want to set the mood. Of the 120 songs, here are the ones that I think are the sexiest:

1. "Ride" - SoMo

This song is hot without being too dirty or explicit, it marries romance and sex really well. That said, I think you're better off listening to this without the music video; he drips with sexual tension through the mic but not as much through the camera, if you know what I mean.

2. "Pony" - Ginuwine

This is a sexy song classic, made famous recently by the Tatum couple on an episode of Lip Sync Battles.

3. "One Time" - Marian Hill

OK, I pretty much worship Marian Hill, their whole Sway album is sultry perfection from (metaphorical) cover to cover. "One Time" is their biggest hit to date and is a popular favorite; however, "Whisky" and "Deep" are also worth checking out. Actually, just go listen to all their music. All of it.

4. "Bed Peace" - Jhene Aiko

Jhene Aiko's music is so sexy because it's so honest and unfiltered. She and Big Sean just released a joint album called "Twenty88," which has been described as "a raw, sexy look at 20-something love".

5. "So. Good." - Johnny Stimson

This song is perfect to play at the beginning, and I've got nothing else to say besides that So. Good. is so. Good.

6. "Sex" - Cheat Codes

This song to me is a mix of R&B and electronic chill and includes a cover of the old classic "Let's Talk About Sex" by Salt-N-Pepa. I've been jamming to this on repeat for the past 24 hours and I'm not sick of it yet!

7. "The Need To Know (feat. SZA)" - Wale

This song is about a man and a woman who are supposedly friends but find themselves undeniably attracted to each other. They struggle with their desire and realize that what they have is anything but platonic. Pretty hot stuff.

8. "The Way (feat. Chance the Rapper)" - Kehlani

Aside from the fact that Kehlani is Queen, she's also only 20. Her song "Runnin" is also one of my favorite independent woman anthems of all time.

9. "Naked" - Lloyd

This song speaks for itself.

10. "Loft Music" - The Weeknd

This Weeknd song never made it to Top 40 playlists but I think it might the sexiest track that he's made.

11. "Wonder Woman" - Lion Babe

This is a more Madonna-esque take on a sexy song. I can't pinpoint what exactly they're going for with the lyrics but listening to it makes me feel sexy in an empowered kind of way.

12. "Special Affair" - The Internet

This one might not be for everyone, but honestly the 808 on this makes it panty-dropping even without the lyrics.

If you like my taste and want more, here's the link to my Spotify playlist.

Go forth and be sexy!

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
