On "Gossip Girl," Blair Waldorf is constantly at war with Chuck Bass, never stops competing with Serena van der Woodsen and is always getting tied up with Dan Humphrey. Throughout the show, many memorable things are said by all of the characters, especially Blair. Here are some of her wise words and life lessons that she lives by:

1. “I have an idea for you: quit. Your boss is a bitch. Let’s go to lunch.”

Life's too short to be miserable. If you are unhappy with your workplace or boss, leave. It is not worth being unhappy.

2. “Destiny is for losers. It’s just a stupid excuse to wait for things to happen instead of making them happen."

If you want something, go out and get it. Don't use fate as an excuse to sit around.

3. "So if you want peace, always be prepared for war."

Nothing comes easily, so be prepared to fight for what you want.

Always watch your back. 5. “If you really want something, you don’t stop for anyone or anything until you get it."

If something is that important, you won't stop until it is yours.

Don't let anyone take advantage of you and treat you less than you deserve.

There will be both good and bad days, impacting your life in whichever way you let ithem affect you. You can let things define you, destroy you or strengthen you.

8. “You need to be cool to be queen. Anne Boleyn thought only with her heart and she got her head chopped off.”

A reminder to keep your guard up and your mind in check.

Don't settle for less than you want and deserve.
