Chances are you've seen crazy food trends that pop up on your Facebook. You've always wanted to try them, but you're a bit skeptical, I get it. Here's some food fads, good or bad, that you absolutely have to try.

1. The Black Tap (calorie-filled) milkshake.

While I waited a full four hours for this shake, it was worth it. The Sweet and Salty flavor is my favorite; a peanut butter milk shake base is topped with M&M's, peanut butter cups, pretzels, and more.

2. Max Brenner's delicious dessert pizza.

New York is famous for their pizza, but try a spinoff with dessert pizza. A chocolate sauce and marshmallow topping is sure to make your mouth water.

3. Shredded ice cream from Snowdays.

You've probably tried shaved ice, but the latest is shaved ice cream. This joint shaves your favorite creamy flavor and adds unlimited toppings. Take it from personal experience, this food trend is life changing.

4. Smorgasburg's newly trending raindrop cake.

You may have recently witnessed the raindrop cake blow up the Internet. It's a low calorie, vegan "cake" that merely looks like water. Seems, interesting. While I have yet to try it, and have heard pretty bad reviews, I'm hoping to give this a taste soon.

5. Rolled ice cream from 10Below.

While most ice cream is scooped right in front of you, 10Below rolls your dessert right before you. Top the rolls with free, unlimited toppings before digging right in.

6. A sushi-rito from Uma Temakeria.

Believe it or not, I'm a fan. The sushi burrito had me skeptical, but I gave it a try and never regretted it. Just imagine your favorite sushi roll, but in a big bite. It's basically the sushi version of Chipotle.

7. Cereal-topped donuts from Daddy's Donuts.

These donuts originated from California, and thankfully made their way to New York, where I was able to give them a try. The donut itself is not too outrageous, but the toppings are heavenly and unique.

8. Eggloo's take on the waffle cone.

For most people, a waffle cone is just a place to put your ice cream; at Eggloo's it's a side of waffle for your ice cream. Their unique, bubble-shaped waffle is perfectly crunchy, and the ice cream is decadent. Not to mention the toppings...

9. The cereal milk ice cream from Momofuku Milk Bar.

Now I'm just going ice cream crazy, but Momofuku deserves all of the rave. The cereal milk is my favorite, but they also have to-die-for milkshakes and baked goods.

10. Chef Francois Payard's limited-time macaronut.

The macaron donut was only available on Macaron Day (March 20th), but with the crowd it brought in, I'm sure it will be back. A thin donut is halved to fit the macaron filling- not to mention the whole thing is topped with sprinkles. Insert heart-eye emoji.

11. Peter Pan's donut ice cream sandwiches.

During the summertime, Peter Pan offers their famous donuts in ice cream sandwich form. You may have seen this dessert a few other places, but I can assure you Peter Pan's exceeds them all. And if you're in Brooklyn during the winter, head to Peter Pan for their old fashioned donuts, priced at $1.00 a pop.

12. The infamous Bagel Store's rainbow bagel.

You're probably sick and tired of seeing the rainbow bagel, and I am with you. However, I firmly believe every foodie should try this at least once. While the cake batter cream cheese may be a little too sweet, the invention is one of a kind.

Now that I've got your mouth watering, get your Instagram ready for these food fads.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
