If you're anything like me and live in your bed doing everything from eating to surfing the internet on various social media platforms, you probably are a big fan of Youtube. Youtube is pretty much my Netflix. I'm always finding a cute new vlogging (video-blogging) couple or a beauty guru that will have you questioning if the power of makeup is some sort of sorcery. However, if you're not into Youtube, I can help you re-evaluate your life really quick.

Here is a list of Youtubers that you need in your life:

1. Aspyn Ovard

She's my number one; Aspyn is pretty much the queen of all things Tumblr. Her DIY's look like they're from "Good Housekeeping." She also slays platinum blonde hair, and she can braid it in 73 different ways. Not to mention, her and her husband, (Yes, husband. It's a Utah thing) are super adorable. Aspyn has her own main channel where she does lifestyle, beauty and travel diaries. Her and Parker have a vlogging channel as well, where they post vlogs on Monday through Friday. Just watch them; they are actual goals.

If you want to happy cry until your tears have tears, watch the proposal and wedding video - the feels, man.

2. Tara Michelle

Tara, where do I even start? I love Tara's main channel, but her vlogs are where it's at. She is not just your typical and basic LA Youtuber. She sort of is, but her vibes are different. She vlogs almost everyday, and it's honestly like being one of her best friends. She takes her camera everywhere she goes, and she keeps it so real with her fans. Her and her friends are always doing fun things and getting into shenanigans. I feel like Tara is the same person on and off the screen; she's so genuine and funny. She also always randomly runs into a bunch of celebrities, which is so cool. (At least to me, don't judge.)

3. Tana Mongeau

Seriously, you will not regret checking her channel out. She aslo vlogs, and her life is literally crazy. She does a lot of story time videos, and they will either make you laugh or give you endless goosebumps. She honestly is the most real and genuine person, too. She does not hold back at all, and she tells it like it is. She also has so much love for her fans, which is one of the things I really love about her. Always remember ladies, "Bleach and tone." You'll get the joke if you watch her "Hairdresser from Hell" video.

4. Tori Sterling

Tori is not only one of my favorites because she is a wizard with a makeup brush, but she lives in Pennsylvania. East coast represent. I feel as though there are not many Youtubers that are based out of the east coast. Tori is a princess in a nutshell. She can do a smokey eye and dark lip and look so vampy, but she can also do an effortless look and look like a Victoria's Secret angel. She also loves Fetty Wap, so that's a plus too.

5. Meghan Hughes

Meghan is the hippy best friend you never had. She is also another very genuine Youtuber. She has a vlog channel as well, and she's one of the happiest people. Her happiness is just exuberating to where you can't watch her videos without smiling. I love that I can just watch her videos and become instantly happy. Her motto is, "Stay Smilin.'" She spreads so many good and happy vibes; if you're having a bad day, look her up.

6. Andrea Russett

I've been watching Andrea since "10 Things I Hate About Everybody," and I've been a fan ever since. She's just effortlessly funny and random. She's also freaking gorgeous. She's one of those people that you just think, "We could be best friends." Also, add her on snapchat too because her snaps are just as funny as her videos.

7. Ayydubs

Alyx is just another one of those effortlessly funny people. That's probably why her and Andrea are best friends. She has a dating series on her channel, where she meets people from Tinder and has a date with them on camera. It's so hilarious. She also struggles a lot with OCD, which is one of the many reasons I respect and love her. She has talked about how bad her struggle with it has been, and for someone with OCD, it made me feel better. I think sometimes people, including myself, forget that Youtubers are real people. When they open up about real life issues, it just gives you a better connection with them.

8. Alex Aiono

With the voice of an angel, Alex uploads covers of a lot of different songs and has also written quite a few. I first discovered his channel when he was in one of Aspyn's vlog. They were actually on Awesomeness TV's original show, Royal Crush Season Two, together. They became such great friends that Alex wrote a song for Aspyn and Parker. Definitely check him out if you want to hear some amazing music.

9. OKbaby

Oscar, Kyra and baby Levi: Oscar and Kyra are two teen parents who decided to share their journey with their totally adorable baby. Kyra has a main channel where she makes videos about beauty, lifestyle and mom stuff, of course. I spend most of my time watching their vlogs because they make the best out of everything in life. You don't even think about the fact that they're teen parents because they're so happy, and that's rare. Levi is lucky to have such awesome parents.

10. Shaaanxo

I love Shannon because she's a princess of the pale, like me. Even though she fake tans sometimes, she's in her natural skin tone with any foundation she uses; I know it will match me too. She does tutorials, hauls, first impressions and reviews. If you ever have any type of concern or question about beauty, just go to her channel.

11. Jaclyn Hill

Another beauty queen whose highlight is always popping. She is one of the most inspiring beauty gurus because she worked so hard and saved her money so that she didn't have to partner with companies that wouldn't agree with what she wanted. She teamed up with BECCA Cosmetics and let her Champagne Pop highlighter come to life. She knows tips and tricks for everything and is the reason that I don't care if my highlight could blind someone.

Taylor Swift in orange dress playing a moss-covered piano on stage with bright lights.

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

In college, one of the essential things to have is friends. Yes, textbooks, a laptop, and other school supplies are important but friends are essential. Friends are that support system everybody needs. The more friends you have the better the support system you have. But you also have someone to share experiences with. And don’t settle for just one or two friends because 8 out of 10 times they are busy and you are studying all alone. Or they have other friend groups that do not include you. Don’t settle for just one or two friends; make as many friends as you can. After the first couple of weeks of college, most friend groups are set and you may be without friends.

For a moment your world is spinning. The phone alarm has just scared you awake and you’re flooded by daunting thoughts of the day ahead. You have three assignments due and little time to work on them because of your job. You’re running late because you’ve hit snooze one to many times after yesterday’s long hours. You dizzily reach for a hoodie, craving its comfort, and rush for a speedy exit, praying you will have time to pick up coffee. Does this sound familiar?
