1. Organization
Life can be kinda crazy at some points, but staying organized is an important tip! Put a calendar in your room, place of work or on you phone and write down important dates. Make a to-do list and try to accomplish everything on that list for the day.
2. Work out
Making time to do at least 10 minutes of exercise a day will give you a healthy body and mind. Try and go for a walk or a run by a river or lake or even a hike to clear the mind and soul! after you will feel so refreshed!
3. Healthy eating
Eating unhealthy foods and not having a balanced diet can really take a toll on your body. By doing this, you won't feel up to go out and enjoy life! If you change your eating habits, your body will feel better as well as more energized throughout the day!
4. Getting enough sleep
We all know getting enough sleep is easier said than done, especially for college students! Trying to aim for a good night's sleep every night will help the mind relax and not go into a downward spiral.
5. Doing things you love
Doing activities that make you happy is key to living a positive life! Going out with friends, reading a book, listening to music or working out will make you happy and help you look forward to days to come.
6. Being confident
You always have to be confident in yourself! You can do anything that you put your mind to. In order to live a positive life, you can never left anyone take away yourself confidence, and if it is a little low, surrounded yourself with people that will build it up.
7. Go with the flow.
Relax! It is all going to work out. In life, we all just have to say, "I'm gonna go with the flow," then everything will fall into place. We all cannot go through life worrying about every little thing. We all have our life path and things happen for a reason.
8. Be happy.
Happiness is what makes the world go round! By being happy and smiling more, you are bringing positive energy to your soul. Smiling and being happy makes you feel better as a person.
9. Find different ways to manage stress.
Stress can take over a person quickly, but finding different ways to keep your stress level low will make you live a very happy live. Some days you just need to take a chill pill because everything is going to be fine.
10. Forgive and forget.
This tip is important. If you constantly hold a grudge against people, you will never be able to live a full, happy life. Be mature and forgive the people that have done you wrong and leave it in the past forever. It is time to take steps forward.
11. Be you.
There is only one of you, so be it. Accept yourself, love yourself, believe in yourself and never change for anyone! You are perfect the way you are so shine, shine, shine!
