1. The friend that's always asleep

It honestly amazes you how much this friend can sleep. They sleep through plans frequently and "Sorry I was sleeping" is an expected response when they go a little while without answering you. No matter what time of day it is this friend is "always ready for bed."

2. The friend that never sleeps

You know that friend that when you text the group chat at 4 am and they answer, every time with no fail. They're always up for late night conversations and adventures, one of the big reasons why you love them. But seriously...how they function off their sleep schedule shocks us all. But you love the

3. The bitch friend

Brutally honest is the better way to put it. This friend is the one you can depend on to tell you exactly when your outfit or hair is a mess. They tell you exactly what they think and while to some it may come off a little harsh at times, you know they mean no harm and its one of the main factors that make them so dependable.

4. The extroverted friend

The friend that when you go out with you hardly actually stay with because their off talking to everyone that's anyone. Put this friend in a room with strangers and they will do just fine. They're the biggest people person in your friend group and can manage to hold a conversation with just about anyone making them quite the talker but a staple to the friend group.

5. The introverted friend

This friend is definitely the quietest of the group. They like doing their own thing and popping in to hang out or answer the group chat occasionally. They're the friend you can always count on for chill movie nights because they would much rather stay in with a small group than go out.

6. The devil on your shoulder

We all have that one friend that is everyone's partner on crime and devil on your shoulder. They're always talking everyone into bad decisions and are great at convincing people to go out. This friend is usually down for anything and everyone always has more fun when they're there.

7. The trendy friend

The friend whose outfits and accessories always look straight out of a magazine. This friend is the first person you go to if you need clothes or jewelry advice and they are always willing to let you borrow some of their trendy clothes. This friend is super photogenic and lives for heels and big cities. They're very optimistic and usually give great life advice because of them always dreaming big.

8. The innocent sweetheart

The one parent's love because of how sweet they are. This friend is always sending corny text messages. You're fairly certain that they don't have a mean bone in their body because even when they're mad they're still so sweet. This friend is a really good listener and one that you can always depend on to be genuine and loyal. While they might not be as innocent as they let off, that doesn't take away from the fact that this friend is one that everyone just wants to hug all of the time.

9. The boy-crazed friend

This friend has always got something going on with a boy. Whenever they're out they're always eyeing up the cute boys and have a natural gift for flirting. It takes a journal and serious dedication to keep up with the guys in their life. This friend is the one everyone can depend on for great relationship advice. Whether you need to go out and get your mind off things or sit down and cry about a boy, this boy crazed friend is the girl to go to.

10. The shopaholic

9 times out of 10 when this friend is on their phone, they're online shopping. Constantly sending their latest purchases to the group chat, how they even have money left to spend is beyond all of us; but it's usually because the shopaholic friend is also the always working friend. They have the biggest selection of clothes and practically their own makeup store. You can always depend on this friend when you need a good mall trip and they know all of the latest deals.

11. The mom

This friend is the mom that keeps the friend group intact. She's always making sure everyone got home okay and that everyone's safe. She's always there to help clean and makes sure everyone knows their limits when going out. She's always ready to give advice, hold your hair back, hype you up, and give you a hug when you need one. You'd probably be dead if it weren't for the mom of the group.

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school.
