Valentine’s Day is right around the corner (in case you haven’t noticed from the heart shaped candy in every store). I’ve never been a big Valentine’s Day girl, especially since I don’t have a boyfriend, much to my mother’s dismay. Some people get really down this time of year and sad that they don’t have a significant other in their life. Since that’s not really my thing, I decided to come up with a list of all the TV characters out there that I would love to have as a valentine instead. Here’s what I came up with…
1. Derek Shepherd.
An obvious first choice if you have eyes and a pulse. He's a gorgeous and brilliant brain surgeon who knows how to love his woman well and can charm harder than anyone out there. Be mine McDreamy. (Grey's Anatomy)
2. Chuck Bass.
The perfect bad boy with a tiny hint of a soft side. Did I mention he's also a billionaire who lives in New York City? I mean honestly look at his jaw line, need I say more? (Gossip Girl)
3. Nate Archibald.
This boy is visual perfection. He's loaded, has a good heart, he's besties with Chuck Bass, constantly has the hottest girls in Manhattan fighting over him, and has the gene pool of the gods. (Gossip Girl)
4. Tim Riggins.
Mother may I. He can take me for a ride in that old beat up truck any day. He's pretty much the only guy who can rock long flowy hair like that and his southern accent is like music to my ears. Texas forever. (Friday Night Lights)
5. Schmidt.
I could go on for days about how much I love this weirdo. He is high strung, handsome, and a never ending supply of laughter. He makes the weirdest/most perverted jokes and there is never a moment where he isn’t being mocked by his roommates for it but that’s what makes him so loveable. (New Girl)
6. Derek Morgan.
Alright well first of all let's just take a moment to stare at his beauty. Derek is fearless, always putting himself in danger to save someone, charming us with his personality, he is smart, handsome, and manly. Also he has the best smile on the planet and I would cut off my right arm just to hear him call me "baby girl" one time. (Criminal Minds)
7. Andy Dwyer.
Andy is basically an adult kindergarten is completely clueless and immature, yet the most loving and hilarious person ever with the best laugh of all-time. Every time I see him on my TV I want him to give me one of his giant sweaty hugs. (Parks and Recreation)
8. Jim Halpert.
Love. Of. My. Life. Jim is intelligent and kind with a rivalrous pranking battle with fellow salesman Dwight. His most swoon worthy characteristic though is his love for Pam, the office receptionist whom he ends up marrying. I’m not going to sit here and act like I’m not jealous of Pam every single day of my life. (The Office)
9. Damon Salvatore.
First things first, HIS EYES. Second, he is a total bad boy/vampire that seemingly no girl can have. Who doesn't love a chase? ("Vampire Diaries")
10. Stefan Salvatore.
Stefan is the complete opposite of his brother Damon. He is a total sweetheart and romantic. He is loyal and kind even when people aren’t that way to him in return. Also he is beautiful and I could stare at him for the rest of my life. ("Vampire Diaries")
11. Archie Andrews.
Not only does Archie rock that flaming red hair harder than anyone, he is so cute, clumsy, and lovable. He plays the guitar and plays football, what more do you need? ("Riverdale")
