Being a Resident Assistant isn't always easy. Becoming an RA was a life changing decision for me. There are times I ask myself why I ever became an RA, but then I see my staff, laughing and joking together and I see the whole Residence Life department singing and dancing together and I remember that it doesn't matter why I became an RA; the important part is that I will forever be an RA, even after I leave these halls.
