We’ve all been there. We finally come to the realization that our body can’t survive off of just pizza and coffee. All of a sudden you finally get the courage and determination to eat healthy. Yes you tell yourself that you need to start eating better every day while you’re stuffing your face with 20 tacos, but tomorrow is the day you start eating broccoli, even though you kinda hate broccoli. Wow that’s more than I thought.
