Right before "Storm Jonas," I decided to start watching "Scandal," one of Shonda Rhimes greatest shows that everyone seems to be obsessed with. It follows the life of Olivia Pope, a high flying "fixer" in DC who also happens to be casually seeing the married president of the United States. Here's 11 thoughts I had as I made my way through 2.5 seasons. Warning: there are spoilers.
1. Where can I get all of Liv's clothes?
2. Those wine glasses look super cool but super breakable.
3. Who even voted for Fitz?
4. He may be the worst fake president ever.
5. All he does is drink scotch, make out with Liv, and yell at people about problems that he hasn't even tried to fix.
6. The thought of Fitz using taxpayers' money trying to chase Liv makes me irrationally angry.
7. Mellie might be an awful person, but she's an awful person who's on top of things.
8. Cyrus Beane is Thatcher Grey. I can't see him as anything else.
9. The amount of times a character goes from good guy to bad guy to good guy is giving me whiplash.
10. Huck and Quinn's bonding over their love of torture is getting a little weird.
11. Why do so many dramatic/awful/career ending things happen to politicians on this show?
