Everyone knows the worst feeling in the world is when you realize you have to start going to the gym again. It's going to be an uphill battle, but it's always worth it in the end. With a little positivity and some friends to workout with, we will all get our summer bodies back together!

1. OK, come on. You can do this!

It's just the gym; you've been here before. This will be easy!

2. Cardio; always start with cardio.

Cardio is the biggest struggle, so why not get that out of the way first?

3. Ten minutes in, you're doing great.

Yes, look at you go. Barely sweating, only slightly winded, the pounds are just flying off!

4. Five minutes later...I think I'm going to die.

Got too cocky too quick. It's OK-- everyone hits a wall at some point, right?

5. OK, abs. Abs are easy.

Gotta do it for those rock hard abs that you know you've always wanted.

6. Twenty crunches...that's enough.

Yeah, well, everyone has to start somewhere...

7. Let's try a plank!

It's just like laying down above the ground.

8. Just kidding.

These things should come with a warning, they will burn your core until you want to cry.

9. Squats-- everyone needs squats.

Nice butts don't just appear, you have to work for that!

10. Fifteen squats, that's good enough.

That's just enough for one day.

11. Day 1 = A success.

Give yourself a pat on the back because you conquered your first day back. Now, do we have to go tomorrow?

As a college student, I feel as if people don't understand just how exhausted I, and fellow college students are. We have so many things going on, all the time, and sometimes it's hard to explain to people how we feel. Personally...I'm tired. I'm sad. And I'm struggling every single day with my emotions. But the thing is, it hasn't always been this way. I haven't always hated school, so why am I feeling like this now?
