When going into your last year of college, there are tons of thoughts going through your mind. Am I ready? Am I going to find a job when I am done -- a job that actually pertains to my degree? What about loans? Will I be able to afford to live? Below you can find 11 thoughts that go through every college student's mind during his or her last year of undergrad.

1. It is about time!

Ever since my first year of college I have been dreaming about the start of this year. GET ME OUT OF HERE! I am ready to be done.

2. But am I really ready?

I am not quite sue if I am ready for all that is before me these next two semesters... can I skip it? I don't want to be an adult anymore.

3. What have I been doing the last three years of my life?

Am I even prepared? I do not feel prepared... they never prepared me for this... what were all those classes for?

4. What am I going to do after graduation?

Move back home... Move away... join the circus... Pay bills... be broke... probably all of the above at some point. At least I'll be a college graduate!

5. Student loans...

Let us not talk about these right now. We are still a ways off anyways. The more I think about them the more living in a cardboard box on the beach sounds good.

6. Finding a job.

It is time to put my big boy (or girl) pants on! Hopefully I will find a job in my field... Let us just hope I do not end up at McDonald's.

7. Friends

They have helped me survive these last three years. If we can make it through these last two semesters then we will be golden. We have still got each other through this last stretch!

8. The beginning of the end.

It is the beginning of the end of the rest of your life... or so it feels. In a few short months you will be in full adulthood... but for now, I am going to pretend the end is not near and that I have no adult responsibilities.

9. Senioritis

I do not even want to try this year... but I have to. So... close... cannot... stop... now...

10. Grad school

I have not even thought about Grad school yet. Let us pretend that it does not exist... and... do I really even need it?

11. The next step.

The next step into the newest chapter of my life. I am ready!

Going into your last year of college can be very overwhelming. There are a lot of first and lasts to experience, friends to be with, homework to do, jobs to work, and so much more. Even though this is the last year of college, it is what you make of it.

Last year of college? More like THE BEST YEAR OF MY LIFE!

Or at least I will try to make it like that...

When it comes to Bloomington-Normal, there are many outstanding factors that any Illinois State student can say are unique to our college town (and maybe others too). Proud or not, we Redbirds know all the ins and outs of Blono.

1. The wait for Buffalo Wild Wings is always going to be long on Thursday nights.

As hard as we try, it's nearly impossible to resist the 69-cent wings on a college student budget. Plus, they are always delicious!
