For a Little R&R

After finals, there is nothing you need more than a little rest and relaxation, what a better way to do that than taking a bath. Now, the perfect bath is a well-planned art, so make sure you have all these items on deck to destress.

1. Bath Bomb

If you are taking a bath without a bath bomb, why even bother. Lush has probably the best bath bombs ever, not to mention bubble bars or bath oils, but many other companies make their own version if you are not able to get your hands on one from Lush.

2. Candle

Nothing screams rest and relaxation like a scented candle. Match your candle to your bath bomb to be extra fancy, or just light them all up and fill your bathroom with a cozy glow.

3. Robe

Don't let the comfort end after your bath, make sure you have a super fluffy robe to hang out in after your relaxing soak.

4. Scented Lotion

Make sure to seal in all the moisture from your Lush bath bomb by moisturizing after the bath. Use a scented lotion to make sure the scent lasts and so does your chill.

5. Entertainment

Since you probably do not want to be alone with you post-finals panic, make sure to bring some relaxing entertainment to fill the silence. Try playing music or reading a book, preferably not a textbook.

6. Bath Pillow

After all that stress you totally need a place to rest your head and the hard ledge of the bath just won't cut it. Try a bath pillow like this, to make your soak that much more comfortable.

7. Facemask

If you are anything like me you eat terribly during finals. All the greasy food and sugar combined with stress won't leave your skin feeling great, so try a face mask to help it.

8. Hair Mask

While you are at it might as well do a hair mask as well. My favorite hair masks have argon oil because they leave your hair super soft and smelling great

9. SipCaddy

This contraption gives you a handy cup or snack holder while you are in the bath. If you ever didn't know you needed something, it is this, now all you need is a drink.

10. Drink

Sipping a mug of tea is sure to enhance your experience while steeping in the bath. Depending on how stressful you finals week was you might need something a little stronger if you are 21 that is.

11. Snack

It's the holiday season, AKA the time of the year where I completely give up on being healthy. Bring your favorite snack with you to really make the experience the best it can be.

Happy holidays and good luck on finals if you aren't already done. Destressing is important, so make sure to give yourself the break you need.
