It's that dreaded time of year when the end of the semester is near...and so is move-out day. As we all scramble to pack up our rooms before our parents arrive, there's always those things we stumble upon that fell through the cracks...

1. Dust. Dust. And more dust.

2. Wrappers of any kind. Usually the candy kind.

3. The mysterious garbage/fridge juice.

4. The missing syllabus that fell behind your desk.

5. Oh there's that other shoe...with the matching sock.

6. Command strips on command strips

7. Snacks

8. Hair ties. Endless hair ties.

9. Any cord that went missing. Charger? Headphones?


10. The long lost nightstand chapstick

11. Yeah..I don't know what that is

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
