11 Things Wrangler Owners Are Sick Of Hearing

The struggle of being a Jeep owner.

Jeeps are everywhere and so are those crazy Jeep owners. Some may never understand the love that one may have for their Jeep, but we don't care. Judge us all you want, we will still be waving to other Jeepers and attending Go Topless Day, just stop asking us these silly questions.

1. Where are your doors?

Well that's a simple answer; the doors are in the garage, where they belong. Unless you're one of those people who don't use their Wrangler to its full potential, or are too busy carting their kids back and forth to school.

2. Aren't you afraid to fall out while you're driving?

No, we are not afraid of falling out of the Wrangler while driving, that is what seat belts are for.

3. Aren't you afraid of getting caught in the rain?

Getting caught in the rain is the least of our worries, everything is waterproof. The floors are Rhino lined and there are drain holes. Also, there are a few raincoats in the center console. The only thing we worry about is the rain that hits the inside part of the windshield. Actually maybe that can be a new thing, windshield wipers on the inside, then driving in the rain will be a little safer.

4. Your Jeep is too loud.

Yes, my Jeep is loud. It squeaks and creeks and I wouldn't have it any other way. Nothing that some WD40 and duct tape can't fix!

5. Why do you have a pointy thing in the front of your Jeep?

That "pointy thing" is called a stinger. The stinger is so if I get to close to you, you'll just become a shish kabob.

6. Why do you refer to your Jeep as letters?

Vehicle manufacturers use a code in order to differentiate the different vehicles they are working on. The chassis are given a code number/name in order to know the difference between the different vehicles. The Jeep CJ (Civilian Jeep) models range from the year 1945 to 1986. The Jeep YJ models range from 1987 to 1995. The Jeep TJ models range from 1997 to 2006, leading up to the Jeep JK models which started being produced from 2007 until presently in 2016.

7. Why do you wave to other Jeeps?

Well why not wave to one another? We just have one of the coolest, funniest, most relaxing vehicles around (when it's not broken) so why not wave to the other fellow Jeepers out there to spread the love?

8. Why does your Jeep have so many problems?

The difference is our definition of a "problem" and your definition of a "problem". Just because my radio shuts off when I turn my blinker on, or that the cover for my horn falls off every time I hit a pothole does not mean my Jeep is broken. It is just a couple quirks that comes with all Jeeps.

9. Why do you have to park next to other Jeeps?

To be honest, we usually only park next to another Jeep only if our Jeep is bigger. But also, it is always nice to have a conversation with a fellow Jeep owner because only they can understand the love you have for your Jeep.

10. Is that a gun on your hood?

Maybe if we were in the middle of a zombie apocalypse then that would be pretty cool to have. But that is called a high jack lift, because those tiny jacks that come with a stock Jeep are too small or the 35 inch tires that my four cylinder can barely push.

11. Why do you love your Jeep so much?

Who does not want to drive freely down the road with no top on...the Jeep of course. I mean there is a whole day dedicated to topless Jeeps!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
