Let's be honest, Kenny returning to Boston every year is something everyone looks forward to... including Kenny, he says it every year. Boston is his favorite place, he even has a song about his Boston girls. Boston is the birth place of No Shoes Nation, and we all look forward to that weekend in August like it's a national holiday, because it kinda is. It's officially official, he's coming back, and we're in love. So here is a list of eleven things to do while you wait for Kenny to come back to Boston!

1. Buy his newest CD.

You need to prepare yourself for what you're going into.

2. And listen to it!

Why buy it if you aren't going to seriously prepare and listen to it!?

3. Make a Spotify playlist of every Kenny song ever created.

It's fun, and really gets you excited about what his setlist might be!

4. And listen to it every day at least twice.

How else are you going to learn every song inside out and backwards? You won't regret it.

5. Stock up on margarita mix.

Let's have beers in Mexico. Kenny would so join in.

6. Join No Shoes Nation.

Why not be a part of the club?

7. And follow them on Instagram & Twitter.

For Kenny updates, all day everyday. What's better than that?

8. While you're at it, of course you gotta follow Kenny.

He's constantly posting about tour and dropping hints, and it just adds to the excitement!

9. Stock up on Kenny merchandise.

You gotta look the part.

10. Watch his old tour videos.

A bit of nostalgia of Country Fest's past never hurt anyone!

11. "Don't blink".

August will be here before we know it, and it's time to get excited! He's coming!

Boston loves you Kenny, and we can't wait to party all night with you again! We'll be waiting!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it.
