After running miles upon miles per day for years, running becomes a part of your routine. When you leave the sport, you begin to miss it more than you've ever missed anything in your entire life. So, if you have ever run cross country, you will know that we all miss some of the same things.

1. Being on a team.

2. Free clothes, shoes and food.


3. Having a set schedule every day.

4. Oranges, oranges, oranges.

5. Winning.

6. Long runs on Saturday's.
