Fall is upon us and it's time to get a little extra basic. Go apple picking, find a pumpkin and most of all put it all on instagram, or did it even happen? Here's the ultimate list of a QU fall and why not a bit of winter too.

1. Get a pumpkin spice latte.

2. Instagram The Giant in all of it’s orangey glory.


3. Snap a shot of the clocktower (don’t worry I will too).

4. Bring back Bean Boots.


5. Complain that they don’t have a bae to cuddle up next to.


6. Brave the brutal winds just to rage the night away at toads.


7. Dread walking to class all the way at Comm.


8. Say they’ll go sledding.


9. Realize that the CAS forest is literally Narnia.


10. Bust out the Ugg and North Face combo.


11. Be happy we’re at QU because there’s no better place to watch the snow fall.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
