11 Things Your Boyfriend Is Tired Of Hearing
Supernatural Snark

As women we all know we say things that can be annoying! We surveyed some men to see what they thought the most annoying things their girlfriends said were! Here were the results!

"I'll be ready in 5."

We all know the infamous lie that girlfriends tell in order to pacify their boyfriends for a short period of time. After all, it's impossible to do your hair, makeup, and get dressed all in five minutes. However, boyfriends are quite sick of our silly antics! Don't make them late for dinner, start getting ready earlier!

"I'm fine."

Here is another infamous lie. When boys do something to hurt their feelings, girls have a tendency to shut down. After all why would we want to share our feelings when they usually don't listen at all? But they do want to hear! Boyfriends can't fix anything if they don't know what they did wrong. Shutting down completely is a huge problem for boyfriends! Don't give them this line, share your thoughts!"

"I don't care, you choose."

Oh boy. Time for dinner? Movie date? Don't always leave it up to your man! They don't want to have to choose every time! Obviously we all want to make sure they're happy, but it's more of a chore to always have to choose! Split it up! Take turns choosing so he doesn't always feel the pressure.

"Does this make me look fat?"

Girl you are gorgeous. I'm sure your man try's to tell you that all the time too! He's also stuck in the position where he wants to be honest but wants to make sure you feel your best too! Try rephrasing the questions or avoid it all together! It's bound to make an uncomfortable situation

"Are you going to turn off your game?"

Why would he turn off his game? Let him play! It's something he enjoys and he can split up his time between the two of you.

"Why don't you do stuff like that?"

Don't make your boyfriend feel obligated to do things for you. You can't compare things your boyfriend does in comparison to others because it creates tension that doesn't even need to be there!

"You should hang out with me."

Listen girls, we've all been there. You miss your guys like crazy, but don't bug him about it! He's got things going on, so do you. We all understand you have needs, but try to be understanding when he tells you he can't or a different time would be better!

"Whatever."

The worlds most deadly word. This goes back again to you having to communicate with your significant other! Don't just block him out. 'Whatever' can be taken in so many different ways by your man, so don't stress him out!

"Are you really wearing that?"

You know how you would never want your boyfriend to tell you that you look terrible? He doesn't want to hear that either! Make sure he feels and looks good. Make friendly suggestion, but don't put him down for something he feels good in! Think about how you would feel, and take it into consideration when talking to him!

"You should be more like him."

Why would you want your man to act like someone he's not? He wouldn't be the same goofy, love-able person you enjoy! Don't try to change him or make him feel like he's not good enough. Love him just the way he is!

"I'm not in the mood."

Don't discourage your man from trying! Even if you're not in the mood make it up to him at some other point! He will appreciate you for it!

Our men needed this to be heard! Ask your man what he is tired of hearing.

Dear Mom,

You took care of me and my brothers our entire lives and you still continue to! I will not be able to truly grasp all of the hard work that you put into this family until I create my own one day. But, I know that there are plenty of times I forgot to give you a simple thank you or an appreciative smile. I thank you for everything that you have done for me and will continue to do for me. Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

College is hard. As people ages 18-22, we’re just trying to figure out what we’re doing with our lives, our careers, our eating habits, exercise routines, sleep patterns, and other necessities for adult life. We definitely don’t take proper care of ourselves; it’s basically impossible when we have essays, tests and readings due and somehow we’re supposed to eat right, exercise and sleep. We’re doomed to get sick. I have zero experience in science but when I get sick there are certain things I do to make myself better.

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
