College for many people is the first time their workouts are determined on their own itiative. No coach yelling at you or planning everything out. No strict 3-5 time slot that you have set aside every day. You are on your own.

Okay, I ran a lot in (insert high school sport here). I can do a jog and some lifting. This should be okay. No freshman 15 for me!
